On an iPhone the date box would not open, so an entry was stuck on today and could not be back-dated. The field was waiting for the phone to open a calendar in a way iPhones do not answer. Open a supervisor and his sites were coloured dots. A green dot meant he could record spending there and a grey one meant attendance only, but nothing on the screen said so, and you could not change it from there either · you had to find him again on the By site tab. On older phones the date box did nothing. You could tap it six times and no calendar came up, and the keyboard would slide over the field beside it instead. Newer phones were fine, which made it look like the app was working. It was not: the app was asking the phone to open its calendar in a way only newer phones understand. It now checks what your phone can do and uses the way that works on yours. Open a contractor entry to change its date, or any other field, and Save changes was grey. Nothing you did woke it up. The same happened to a machinery entry that had no quantity stored against it. Both now open ready to save, and a machinery hire with no quantity opens as a lump sum carrying its own total. Every weekly payout you recorded was marked Cash, whether or not it was. Nobody had told the app that, and from the new spend statement it was printing on a sheet you hand to a client. The first time you record a payout it now asks once how you usually pay wages, and remembers. After that it is one tap as before, with a Paid by line above the button and a change link for the odd week. You can change the answer any time in More, under Paid by. Customers asked for one sheet showing every rupee that went out in a period. It is in Reports. Pick Today, Yesterday, This week, Last week, This month, Last month, Lifetime or your own dates, and one site or all of them. The phone shows the total and the split by heading with a share for each. The printed sheet carries every single entry, under your own business name, with the date and time it was printed, a By site table, a Mode column so you can tick it against your passbook, and two signature lines. It counts money spent, so a purchase made on credit lands on the day the material arrived and the payment that settles it later is not counted twice. The day sheet added your counts up and printed things like "3.5 present". Three men came and one went home at lunch; nobody is half present, and no builder says that number out loud. A line now carries two counts you can actually say: how many men came, and how many of those left at half day. The day’s pay is shown beside them as its own number. A mixed line is saved as two rows, so the muster roll still multiplies out and reopening the day knows how many men there were. The names box on a labour contractor’s line takes a list, but the by-name weekly payout read only up to the first comma and gave that one man the whole line. Four masons typed as one line paid the first man four days and the other three were missing from the sheet, its print and its WhatsApp message. The line is now divided between the names when it divides exactly, one name for one man, each on a whole or a half day. When it does not divide cleanly it stays as one row with the names listed and no per-man figure, because an amount nobody agreed to is worse on the sheet a maistry pays from than no amount at all. A date box is painted by the phone, in the phone’s own language setting, so a phone set to US English showed 10/03/2026 for the 3rd of October. Fourteen date fields across the app were affected, including the first screen a new customer fills in. Every date box now shows the Indian order whatever your phone is set to, with the day of the week beside it so you can see at a glance that it is the day you meant. Share project offered a Summary snapshot that sent a WhatsApp message with three numbers in it. There is now a Summary PDF above it, on the same letterhead as your contractor, supplier and client statements, carrying your business name, the client, the budget, money in and out, your margin, the expense split by type, your top materials and the stage collection. Expense by type shows its own total, so you can check the split adds up to what you spent. The WhatsApp message has not gone anywhere, it has its own row now and says what it is. On a computer, Transactions + bills (ZIP) handed the file to Windows instead of saving it. Close that box and there was no file anywhere, yet the app still said the bills had been exported. Download CSV on the same screen worked, which made it look like the ZIP itself was broken. It was not. A computer now always saves the file to your Downloads folder, a phone still opens the share sheet so you can send it straight to WhatsApp, and if you back out of that, the app says the export was cancelled rather than claiming it worked. A contractor saved as a sub-contractor was disappearing from the Contractor box in Add entry if his name had ever been used as a crew leader in attendance. The Contractors screen still listed him, so it looked as though the app had forgotten him, and it offered to add him again, which would have created a second copy of the same man and split his money across two rows. Both screens now use one rule: whatever you saved him as is what he is, and attendance is only a guess for a contractor you never set a type for. A weekly payout you can actually deleteவார payout-ஐ இப்ப நீக்க முடியும்

A recorded weekly wages payout could not be removed. The ledger said to manage it from the Workers screen, but if you had since cleared that week’s attendance, the Workers screen showed nothing for it, so the amount sat in your site expenses with no way out. You can now delete it straight from the entry. The amount still cannot be typed over, because it is added up from attendance, so fix the attendance if the figure is wrong. Deleting does not touch your attendance, the week simply goes back to unrecorded, and it waits in the Recycle Bin in case you want it back. The Labour balance panel also stops calling a payout an advance, and now tells you when more has been paid out than the wages you logged. பதிவு செய்த வார கூலி payout-ஐ நீக்க முடியலை. New project opened with Start and Target end both reading Jun 2026, whatever the date really was, and it saved that even if you never touched the two fields. Start now carries the real day and opens on today. Target end stays a month, because you rarely know the day you will finish, and it stays empty until you choose one, so the app never puts a date in your mouth. Pick a target end that falls before the start and it tells you, and holds the button, instead of saving it quietly. Just “Cement” now works on its own, without picking a grade. “M SAND”, “M.sand” and “msand” all reach M-Sand. Tamil spelled any way works: kambi or kampi, jalli or jally, siment, sengal. Open an entry you have corrected and the history no longer fills the screen. One line says what matters, “Changed twice · ₹23,031 → ₹21,000”, and the full trail opens if you tap it. An edit that did not touch the amount now says so instead of repeating the same figure.
