Refund Policy

Every Ledger7™ plan comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If it's not the right fit, request a full refund within 7 days of payment — no questions asked. After 7 days, subscription sales are final, except in the limited cases described below.

Every plan includes a full 7-day money-back guarantee. If Ledger7™ isn't right for you, contact us within 7 days of your payment and we will refund you in full — no questions asked.

To request a refund, message us on WhatsApp or email using your registered account details. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days. The guarantee applies to your first subscription payment, once per customer.

While our policy is no refunds, we will investigate and consider the following situations on a case-by-case basis:

Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate amount promptly.
Extended service outage: If Ledger7™ was completely inaccessible for more than 7 consecutive days after your payment, you may request a partial account credit (not a cash refund) for the affected period.

These exceptions require written documentation and are at our sole discretion. We will respond within 5 business days of your request.

All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. In the event of a payment dispute raised directly with your bank or card provider (chargeback), we will provide transaction records to Razorpay and the financial institution. Chargebacks raised without prior contact with us may result in account suspension.
