1. Our 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
To request a refund, message us on WhatsApp or email using your registered account details. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days. The guarantee applies to your first subscription payment, once per customer.
2. What Is Not Refundable (After the 7-Day Window)
Once the 7-day money-back window has passed, subscription payments are final. We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind — Deciding you no longer need the service after payment
- Unused subscription period — Early cancellation does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the remaining period
- Feature requests not fulfilled — Not receiving a feature you expected that was not committed to in writing
- Failure to use the service — Forgetting to use or access Ledger7™ during your subscription period
- Internet or device issues — Problems on your end (connectivity, device compatibility)
3. Limited Exceptions We Will Consider
While our policy is no refunds, we will investigate and consider the following situations on a case-by-case basis:

4. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello.ledger7@gmail.com
- Cancellation stops any future automatic renewal
- After cancellation, you retain access to the service until the end of your paid period
- Your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 90 days after expiry, then is permanently deleted
- No refund is issued for the remaining unused period upon cancellation
5. Payments via Razorpay
All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. In the event of a payment dispute raised directly with your bank or card provider (chargeback), we will provide transaction records to Razorpay and the financial institution. Chargebacks raised without prior contact with us may result in account suspension.
